Your order will be taken to the post office on the next working day. You can choose which postal you would like. We have two options but if there is a custom shipping option you would like please do contact us and we will do our best to accomodate.

We have two shipping options which can be viewed on checkout.

We cannot guarantee any exchanges as we have limited stock available and can't guarantee your size will be in stock. However, please do email us ASAP if you think you would like an exchange and we can let you know if it's possible.

We have a 14-day returns policy. We aim to provide. you with high-quality products and great cusotmer service. We cannot guarantee you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:

- The item must be in it's original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact.

- You will be responsible for sending your package for return - please email hello@lunaroselondon.co.uk with your order number and date you received your order. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

Inspection and approval

- once we receive your returned item, it will be checked over to ensure it meets the return eligibility and we will notify you via email of approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved we will process your refund.

Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and to appear on your statement.

We offer a luxury gift packaging service on our robes that can be purchased as an upgrade on checkout. This includes an a4 magnetic white gift box which is perfect to be used over and over again. We also offer tissue wrapping on all of our items in white or black depending on what we have in stock.

We don't offer any standard discounts other than exclusive offers which we will occasionally mail out to our mailing list.
